I met him in 1987 for the signing of Twilight Eyes. He is every bit as nice as the protagonists in his books.
He has taught writing in the past. King may have the more flashy writing style but Koontz's books are better plotted. Well foreshadowed with few plotholes.
If he ever comes to Indy for a book signing-I'm there! Glad to know, really glad to know, that he is kind!
