President Bush continued his European trip today as he spoke in Bratislava, Slovakia to an enthusiastic crowd. The President later met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and both later spoke to the media. The First Couple also gave their best wishes to Pope John Paul II, who is recovering from emergency surgery. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

I would have liked it to have lasted till the weekendI know what you mean. We've been lucky here not to have any snow or ice this winter, but now that it's almost March I kinda wish it would snow once.
To: snugs
How many tons of snow should I ship to you? We just happen to have a large stock right now, and the prices are the lowest of the year. Please specify new fallen; slightly dingey; or automobile exhaust brown.

President Bush is smiling in 99% of those pictures you've posted so far. Putin looks grim in every one of them.
Wonder who's been telling who just what's what.

I think President Bush took Putin for a stroll behind the woodshed today. Putin did not look like a happy camper :-)

Good evening everyone!
Just watched a replay of today Press Conf with W and Putin on c-span. Wished I could alert everyone, but it was about a third over when I found it.
It sounded like W had deliberately deepened his Texas drawl. I even found him a little difficult to understand, he was lapsing into deep Texas so much! LOL.

rintense, thank you. Doesn't Putin look like a weasel?
He'd better not mess with Texas. Some of the expressions on President Bush's face are priceless :-)
To: MJY1288
I think he's not going to Afghanistan, because Karzai is not there. Karzai's in India. I guess he could be going just to meet the troops, I don't know.

Funny - I was listening to him talk the other day and wishing he'd get his accent back. I hadn't heard it in a while. I'll have to try to catch the re-run of that conference.
Thanks!

I'm sick of snow and Putin's long mug but definitely not sick of looking at GWB!
