​ ​​​​Forsake The Troops started off as Citizens Against the Troops, an organization founded in the Summer of 2004. We currently have fifteen members in our organization, spanning all across this country. Our founder, and leader's name is Scott Vogel, who currently resides in Southern New Jersey. Our position is that as it stands currently, the compensation, benefit, and retirement packages that our active duty and retired military personnel get is outrageous, and undeserved. The American taxpayer is supporting the military enlistee, when said person made the decision to become a walking, talking target for Uncle Sam, and "Yuk Yuk" Bush. They made the choice to leech off of the American taxpayer, therefore we must do our part as taxpayers to recoup our funds, or at the very least stop this obscene abuse of our taxes.
Our intention is not to inspire, suggest, or joke about violence towards the military; rather, our goal is to eventually approach Congress about completely revamping the military pay structure. Despite common opinion, we are not a hate group, that we do not condone acts of violence, or any illegal acts towards military facilities or personnel.

I think people might try to do the anti-military thing
when soldiers start coming home, but they won't get away with it.
They will be pointed at, ostracized as traitors (they are), etc.
No one will put up with their cr@p and they should be thinking that the tide has turned in favor of soldiers and that makes these idiots look stupid for not only NOT serving their country but attacking people who DO.

I await the day when these ignorant, self-righteous loser midgets need - really need - our military to save their sorry @$$e$. And our servicemen and women will do that, regardless of the fact that these three or four losers are worthless wastes of oxygen. They will do it because it is their duty, and they took an oath.
Their day *will* come, don't you worry. And you will not see such frantic backpedaling anytime soon.
These pukes do not need to be left alone, but investigated in light of people putting on military uniforms and going to the family members of service members serving in Iraq and telling them thier loved died.
We are giving them too much exposure. They are crap and it is obvious from their comments they are trying to get a rise out of people and make a name for themselves.

What would this weenie think about the cities that allow public school teachers reduced rate mortgages or other allowances that enable them to buy a home in the town in which they teach?
Federal employees that have no real functions, but draw pay because they have a desk and a job description? That woman in the Boston area comes to mind.

That disclaimer is simply legalese that they think will shield them from the inveitable lawsuits should someone commit an act of domestic terror against military personnel or installations. Leavenworth, anyone?

HA! 100k per year to sit around reading magazines is what I call leeching...these people are BRAIN-DEAD, mindless ideologues. Man, I could just go on and on. But since the military enforces a policy these creeps don't agree with, it's okay to smear them, while folks like the lady (or rather the beauracracy she works for) get a pass, cuz it ain't a "sexy" rebellious thing to take them to task for. GRRRRRR!!!
