Schiavo never mentioned her feelings during the suit for $1.7 million, but suddenly when he had a honey and a child he remembered that Terry "would not want to live like this." Suits his agenda perfectly. I personally believe that no statement similar to the one made by Shciavo should have any legal standing without written evidence with the signature of the originator.

Marvelous! Keep urging your fellow citizens that standing up for Terri is good and right. Ask them to contact legislators and organizations as well.

How many of the people who proclaimed the CBS documents fake actually saw the real documents, as opposed to copies? Proving a document is real requires examining the actual document. But a sufficiently bad fake may be proven false even from a copy.
PVS can be disproven, but not proven, by video (if one presumes that there aren't hidden strings pulling on the patient, etc.). IIRC, some of the doctors who have examined the videos have stated quite clearly that one could record a PVS person for a year and not end up with as much apparent-meaningful-interaction footage as the Schindlers have obtained in a few hours.

I don't mind debates, but why do we always argue with ignorant people who shouldn't even be on this thread?
