The head of New York's Republican Party, Stephen Minarik, said on Monday, that Dean's election shows that "the Democrats simply have refused to learn the lessons of the past two election cycles, and now they can be accurately called the party of Barbara Boxer, Lynne Stewart and Howard Dean."

The quote is 1000% dead on accurate. Dean seems to feel that being constantly in the headlines is his way to success. What a whining girlie-man mega-weasel!!

Get Dean a Tampax. He is a hormonally challenged hissy fit drama queen.

Well, well...

Personally, I think Minarik was dumb to make these comments. They probably were a little over the top.

That said, I might need to reassess the kind of dumb those comments were. Yeah, Minarik was properly slapped down by Pataki, but Howard Dean jumped right in with an over-the-top comment himself.

Our side got a rise out of Dean. Within a week. Wanna bet Karl Rove took notes? Wanna bet that our side will be prodding Dean, and trying to generate explosions all over the place?

When is DNC Chairman Howard Dean going to come out of the closet and put his ugly mug on the news/talk shows. I guess the DNC doesn't want their poster boy to go public!!!

As Governor of ALL New Yorkers, George Pataki had to say that. Besides, it won't hurt him to be seen as someone who is promoting civility in public discourse... especially when the bloggers start unearthing Howard Dean's casting of rocks from a glass house.

Minarik's comment was a little over the top for my tastes, but that said, I think it had a VERY beneficial side effect: Howard Dean just showed us that we can provoke an explosion.

If Rove and Mehlman are smart, they will keep prodding Dean, and he'll explode. Soon, the govno will hit the fan as the public face of the Democratic Party (to wit, the Chairman of the DNC) is seen as someone who flies off the handle.

Howard Dean must never have heard the parable of the old bull and the young bull.

Useful information.

We need the explosion to be timed well (mid '06) and VERY PUBLIC.

Well, it didn't take Dean long to get down to business, did it! He has already begun spewing mean-spirited diatribes that are just going to endear him to everyone! Pathetic!!

Just one explosion?

How about jabbing him constantly? Get him to constantly fly off the handle. A series of public explosions will work better than just one...

You've got that right. See my tagline. I've had that for at least two weeks. He is a POS, and the "light" of the new dumbocRAT party.
