I heard on Quinn's show (www.warroom.com) that an on going investigation has uncovered voter fraud to the tune of 13,000 votes in Wisconsin. Kerry won by slightly more that 16,000 votes.

That margin of "victory" would be 11,300, give or take a couple dozen.
