Ever notice you never see crap like that happening in West Virginia. There has never been a mass murder either.

Reports so far are of three black males. As some have said, first reports are often wrong.

smells like a conspiracy to murder people, not some fly-by-night robbery gone bad. We're looking at some real sickos. Agreed. The AP reports that they just walked in the mall and started shooting.

Sorry, but it's the internet---sarcasm and porn take up 90% of all bandwidth. I may have just found my new tagline...
To: cripplecreek
Must not be any media close enough yet to get a chopper in there.

Everyday, anyday, is a murderous muslim holiday for murder, slaughter of infidels, PH. Sure wish those subhumans were in *my neighborhood*... I was just out this morning with my Class III *Toys*, having some fun at 100-900yds. Ready, willing and quite able.

In fact, it has the opposite effect of that intended. If there were more CCW licenses amongst law-abiding citizens, these incidents would very likely be less frequent and less severe to innocent bystanders.
Hear hear!! I am with you on this all the way! These cowards didn't attack a place where they thought there would be people w/ guns. They chose one that they thought would have as few as possible per victim of their violence. The more people with the legal right to "Pack", the fewer criminals will survive the stupidity of trying to use illegal weapons and actions to intimidate the rest of us. When are gun-control freaks gonna get that simple truth?????

Whenever you use all caps...it is internet yelling....or you hit the all caps key by mistake....we are a sarcastic lot here...and make a lot of jokes on serious subjects.....doesn't mean we don't care...some of us deal with things by using humor.

NOBODY would lock me in if there was shooting in a mall. NOBODY. Not without giving up a few inches of skin, or worse. I would be leaving, and I don't give a damn what their security, the cops, or anybody thought. Not staying at the wrong end of a shooting range. Period.

That's actually almost believable.

"The Devil's Teardrop" by Jeffery Deaver also springs to mind. Plot of multiple 'random' shootings for ransom...
To: cripplecreek
I kept waiting to hear the question asked of those people on the phone in the storeroom, are you still hearing shots?
We have no reports of gunfire beyond the initial incident.
