Well we could also flatten the PRC too. 20 ICBMs versus 7,000 ICBMs makes for a very one sided nuclear exhange.

Any use of nukes by the US in N Korea would be with prior approval of the PRC. It would be a last resort if the Chinese Army is somehow destroyed on the way to N Korea.
