Let's say we develop an aircraft, say, star wars movie type stuff. What would be the outcome. Will we be able to go forward or backward in time? It's an intriguing topic.

The space shuttle travels 17,500 mph...although the time travel effects are measurable, none have turned into Buck Rogers yet.

I would think that time is a constant and it cannot be changed.
