Someone should start a "parallel universe" thread on a State of the Union address by "President Kerry": He enters wearing his now-familiar pink tie, gestures to the lovely and slightly topsy Teresa in the gallery (accompanied by Chirac, who will give the cue to begin), and gazes upon his new cabinet.
