You guys at the Empire Journal are doing a fantastic job. It makes you wonder how the main stream press can ignore all the important aspects of this case.

They acknowledge Terri's stay, but never dig below the surface. The Empire Journal seems to be the only one doing investigative journalism.

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that You have watched over this mother's child another night and provided another day in which the Merchants of Death are barred from her door. We bow before You in adoration and praise as we see Your hand at work for this wounded woman ... not only for her, O God, but for all those who are incapacitated in some way. Rouse the people this day to take notice ... to understand ... and to do away with any act that consigns the least among us to the absolute horror of judicial murder. Strike the hearts of those who still are blind to the truth ... open the eyes of those who still refuse to see ... let great fear fall upon those intent on taking the life of this innocent woman ... may they repent.

Our continual prayer, Merciful Father, is for that one Judge who will release Terri from the grip of evil ... one so like the Judge in the Gospel of Luke. May he so weary of the woman appearing before him that he will grant justice. Bring forth that Judge, O God ... bring forth that day ... vindicate the love of mother and father and sister and brother ... rescue their beloved and return her to the safety of family, in the Name of Jesus, the Christ, we pray, Amen ...

After reviewing this article, I am rendered TEARFUL and SPEECHLESS. How extraordinary and heartening that the STUDENT BODY of FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY at GAINESVILLE, would possess the wisdom and the courage to take such a STRONG stand against a sitting Judge. The students REVEAL such PURITY of SPIRIT and MORAL FORTITUDE. It harkens me back to the many fine young people I worked with in the pro-life movement back in my university days, and of their ENTHUSIASTIC and YOUTHFUL IDEALISM. God Bless everyone of them.

What an ENORMOUS boost to the moral of the Schindlers and the CASE for Terri's Life.

So Greer will issue his ruling by fax so as to avoid, having the pants embarassed off him like happened Wed. by DCF showing up in court.

Gotta be thankful that something is happening and they can't hide things and lie like they have been.

Does anyone know if they will have to give full rein to DCF to look at any and all documents in Terri's case. Items that have been sealed previously? I obviously don't know a lot about this kind of thing.

There are protests at the park and at hino's nice house, but what about protests at Greer and Felos' houses? Is there a law against either of those places? That, at the very least, would cause some voters to check Greer's opponent next election.
