Absolutely! He's got motive and opportunity, and now the means. It's been a crime in the making for a very long time. It even has judicial approval. Why the court can't see it for the attempted murder that it is is beyond me. How does one go about charging a man with attempted murder in a place where his concubine's mother worked for the sheriff before her death six months ago? How can we get the system to work for Terri?
