I thought this was cleared up, but now I don't know.

Is Jim saying that news on Terri cannot be considered breaking news, if the Empire Journal reports it, unless ABC, CNN, and the rest of the alphabet's report it? And isn't News/Activism part of the side bar? Or at least I have it on my sidebar.
