More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

Judge George Greer: Ruler of the Kangaroo Court set on killing Terri Schiavo. Impartial? Not in the least! Worked side by side as county commissioner with Barbara Sheen Todd (county commissioner) for eight YEARS. Barbara Sheen Todd is on the board of the hospice. Also, Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman (also on the hospice board! See the Hospice Board members! Greer accepted as the basis of his rulings, the questionable testimony of Michael Schiavo (and his family) that Terri would wish to be killed, yet Michael never stated that before he got about a Million Dollars to care for Terri forever.
Greer also accepted as the basis of his rulings, the "opinion" of a third doctor who just happens to be the brother of a close associate of George Felos, right-to-kill attorney, and very significantly, former CHAIRMAN of the hospice board! If there ever was a rigged court, Judge Greer's is it!

It will be hard to recall one reelected with 65 percent in 2004, but Gray Davis had a smaller margin in 2002 and was out on his hands in 2003. Still, George W. Greer is more popular than Gray Davis ever was, or is he?

I'm sorry. I don't know what you are referring to.
Greer cheated. Election laws explicitly forbid judges from endorsing other judges running from office, or from misleading people about such endorsements. TheEmpireJournal.com shows a Greer mailing which clearly implies that he was endorsed by another judge. Greer has cheated in other campaign advertising as well.
Whether or not one agrees with all the restrictions on judicial campaigns, it should be pretty clear that a candidate who is allowed to use such tactics will have a major and unfair advantage over one who isn't.
I'm also curious how many judges who are running for reelection get less than 70% of the vote, given that opponents aren't allowed to criticize anything they've done.

Three weeks is more days than we thought we had...lots of petitions, letters and blog articles to push in that much time...
If the DCF report goes to McCabe he will quash it. He needs to be by-passed by a special prosecutor. He is a crony of Greer, Rice, Nagatani, etc.
