Thank you Lord Jesus! Something's happening.
Heavenly Father, we return with tear-stained hearts to thank You that You have guarded this mother's child yet another day. Help us to understand the implication of this ruling ... show us what needs to be done ... gather Your warriors under the banner of this wounded woman's right to live ... and grant success to the years of struggle by this beloved mother and father. In the Name of Jesus, we praise You this day, and forevermore, Amen ...
Amen, Pegita!
Amen!
Hoping for a flood of info soon...this is a pins and needles category.

UCANSEE2 cornea bump!
I breezed right past #3,156 & just happened to take 'a second look
I just realized. He is playing games again. Friday isn't enough time and if Greer lifts the stay on Friday, the Supreme Court isn't in session until Monday.
Also, they love to put out bad news on Friday, they figure it will get buried over the weekend. Plus maybe Judge Greer hopes Terri will die over the week-end without food and water. And he and his cronies will say it is fate.
We need to keep up the pressure, the media, the government, anyone we can think of. I'm beginning to think like these evil men. It's scary.
If he was serious, he could have left the stay until the Supreme Court heard the new brief. Friday really bothers me. It also lets the legislature get out of town without passing the new law for the disabled.
On another thread---
CONFIRMING EXTENSION OF 48 HOURS. DEVELOPING: DCF MAY GET INVOLVED. If they get involved, I HOPE that means Terri will be removed from Hospice and put into protective custody.
They already have another point on appeal. Early in the hearing, Judge Greer said "I haven't looked at my Feb. 11, 2000 Final Judgment lately and don't recall what it says." We had a radio by Hospice.
What Jeb will do is "still under discussion." GO JEB! 970 wfla radio news break.

Thank you SO much!
I said something about Greer and Fridays on another thread and a poster asked me about it but I can't remember the exact rulings....but if my memory is right, Greer has pulled some sneaky pete rulings on Fridays
These people are just plain evil, making this family suffer over and over again.

I hope Greer was PO'd enough at Felos remark yesterday(?)and its payback time. I hope Greer realizes he's in deep doo-doo this time. Maybe he wants someone to give him a backdoor out of this mess and the hell with Felos and Hino.

Yes 69% No 31%
Not that it signifies anything essential, but there it is. 69% of 22,000+ people believe the life is disposable.
I hope you're right on all counts. Good heavens...I'm exhausted, and if I'm tired, I don't even know how Terri's parents and siblings are functioning at ALL!
