Here's an idea. Petition a country of Terri's heritage, or any country that is receptive, to grant emergency and immediate citizenship to Terri. The Vatican would be nice! Then Terri would be afforded protection through a foreign government or at least be involved. Or maybe a government would make her a ambassador to the US for them, thereby granting immediate diplomatic immunity to the laws of the US. Have that country apply for extradition.
Go run along these lines.

I like your thinking, but the bureaucratic paperwork for such a move would've already have to have been in process, I would think.

Thank you, Dear Lord, for this brief reprieve from satan's march .. deliver us, O Lord, from satan's evil brothers and sisters on this earth. Guide Terri's legal warriors that they may outsmart the cunning evil of their opposition. We Bless You and Glorify You for Your Mercy in this time and pray for Your continued guidance and wisdom in the blessed saving of your precious daughter, Terri, in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

snapperjk, you're suggestion is creatively brilliant. As STARWISE pointed out in 3181, there would be "bureaucratic paperwork". Notwithstanding, given the circumstances, I'd be willing to bet the Vatican might be the bureaucracy that could most swiftly act on such a suggestion -- particularly if it was honorary citizenship that was bestowed. Terri is still an American citizen and she'd likely lose it if another country granted her full-fledged citizenship.
I wonder who, or what office, would take care of such a request?
