We REALLY need to be contacting the Dept. of HHS, Inspector General's Office to complain about Florida's Dept. of Health and their DOH Scandal. Refer them to www.theempirejournal.com, www.tbo.com and even www.sptimes.com. Easier to locate at The Empire Journal though.

I'm having a problem with my Life Ribbon site right now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I just called McInvale's office. Is anyone calling the reps? The person I spoke with wasn't familiar with the pre-bill HB-0523 or HB701. I certainly voiced my displeasure with HB-0523. McInvale voted yes for "Terri's Bill". I voiced support for HB701 and told that they should be expecting lots of phone calls. It sounds like McInvale would be interested in a Greer impeachment from the party I spoke to.

Ms. Bushnell states that Terri's family must pay to visit their daughter. The letter is dated May 6, 2004 and was mailed during the time that Michael banned the family from visiting Terri.

Parents of Terri Schindler-Schiavo Told to Pay to See Their Daughter

Clearwater, FL May 7, 2004: - In yet another bizarre twist of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo case, the Schindler family was informed that they must now pay a fee for “security” each time that they want to visit their daughter.

On Wednesday, May 5, 2004, Deborah Bushnell of Dunedin, an attorney representing Michael Schiavo, faxed a letter to attorneys representing the parents of Terri Schindler-Schiavo.

In her communication, Ms. Bushnell recommended that Ms. Schiavo's parents could be permitted to visit their disabled daughter if they would agree to hire an off-duty police person to accompany them. This comes after attorney Patricia Anderson, who represents Ms. Schiavo's parents, filed a Writ of Quo Warranto, demanding that Mr. Schiavo demonstrate what authority he has to deny his wife visits from her immediate family. Should the Schindlers fail to pay, they would be denied visitation rights.

Ms. Schiavo currently has an off-duty police person, paid for by Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, assigned to her on a 24 hour a day basis. Additionally, the Schindlers have reported that, during their visits, nursing staff frequently enter their daughter's room.

Ms. Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, have not been permitted to visit her since March 29, 2004 (39 days), when attorney George Felos of Dunedin issued a press release stating that suspicious marks were found on her arm. A toxicology study conducted on Ms. Schiavo concluded that no unauthorized chemicals were found in her system. Ms. Schiavo's parents, along with her siblings, had attempted to visit her the following day at Park Place Assisted Living and were turned away by nursing staff in compliance with "Mr. Schiavo's orders".

Statement of Attorney Patricia Anderson:

"By recommending that the financially-strapped Schindlers may only visit Terri if they pay yet another off-duty police person to accompany them, is an effort to inhibit them from freely seeing their own daughter. A couple of years ago, Michael Schiavo contacted Terri's parents and offered to give the balance of Terri's money over to charity. He and his attorneys used this a talking point for the media - claiming that Michael had no financial interest in Terri's death. What they neglected to mention was that that particular offer was predicated upon the Schindler's agreeing to Terri's dehydration and starvation death.

This latest tactic from Ms. Bushnell is really no different. I will not be surprised if Ms. Bushnell uses this as another talking point with the media in an attempt to make her and her client appear less cruel.

No mother should have to pay an admission fee to see her child on Mother's Day. Perhaps Ms. Bushnell has forgotten how most people spend Mother's Day."

I think that had to do with the false charges against Terri's parents. Well, maybe not exactly false, just paranoid.

"The Hospice supervisor notified Mrs. Schiavo's husband, Michael, who called his attorney and his wife's physician, Dr. Stanton Tripodis. The physician examined Mrs. Schiavo at Park Place, and authorized her transfer to Mease Hospital in Dunedin for an examination."

Various procedures, including toxicology tests for the presence of unauthorized drugs, proved negative, and Mrs. Schiavo was returned to Hospice care.

If you want to know what I think about the bold print above is that Michael is terrified that they may of gave her a shot of what Dr. Hammesfahr uses on his patients.

Michael's girlfriend while he was married to Terri before Jodi Centzone was CINDY SHOOK. Michael killed both of Terri's cats instead of finding them a home so he could move in with Shook and her dog. On advice of counsel, he didn't move in with Shook. The cats literally DIED FOR NOTHING.

It never occurred to him to find them a home or give them to a no-kill shelter. They have no-kill shelters in Pinellas Cty.

IMO, he lusts for the kill and he wouldn't be able to fulfill his desire for Terri to die if JUDGE GREER WASN'T ENABLING THIS ENTIRE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE TO UNFOLD.

I think the most frightening aspect of this case is that Michael Schiavo might have actually been having sex with Terri behind closed doors. Or abusing her in some other way. I put NOTHING past that monster.

When he's not around he could have a staff member that keeps Terri shot up with some mind altering drugs making it impossible for her to talk.. A blood test would prove this, huh? Heck she might be able to talk and we don't know it.

You can look up registered insurance agents and see what type insurance they're licensed to sell.

OK, major tin foil hat time, but, "if" and that's "if", there is a life insurance policy on Terri, the application would have to indicate that she's in good health-wouldn't it? I'm under the impression that life insurance companies won't issue a policy if you're dying or in poor health. The curiosity is high on this one because "if" there is a policy where the application indicated Terri in good health, that would directly contradict what the court has determined.

Granted this is a big tin foil hat, but throwing it out there. Some minds here are much sharper than mine!

tutstar, you can buy any kind of life insurance. If the risk is higher, THE PREMIUMS ARE HIGHER. So, possibly hino's been paying really high premiums all this time and he'd rather buy that boat he wanted when his words "the bitch was gonna die".
