OK, major tin foil hat time, but, "if" and that's "if", there is a life insurance policy on Terri, the application would have to indicate that she's in good health-wouldn't it? I'm under the impression that life insurance companies won't issue a policy if you're dying or in poor health. The curiosity is high on this one because "if" there is a policy where the application indicated Terri in good health, that would directly contradict what the court has determined.

Granted this is a big tin foil hat, but throwing it out there. Some minds here are much sharper than mine!

tutstar, you can buy any kind of life insurance. If the risk is higher, THE PREMIUMS ARE HIGHER. So, possibly hino's been paying really high premiums all this time and he'd rather buy that boat he wanted when his words "the bitch was gonna die".
