More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

greer's not even a good judge. He has a high reversal rate on appeal EXCEPT IF IT'S AN APPEAL BY THE SCHINDLERS.
The appeals court, the Fla Supremes have also made a deal with the devil, even Jeb's appointees.
LITTLE VALUE? Exactly what does VALUE MEAN TO this sick judge? Terri's life SHOULD HAVE MORE VALUE THAN the sick process that he is guarding.
Greer's gotta go. Crimes on the bench are crimes nonetheless. WHERE IS THE F.B.I.? I am awaiting Greer's day in court, in handcuffs and ankle chains.

Governor Bush should concurrently put Terri into Protective Custody under F.S. 415. Get Terri in a safe place and IMPEACH GREER!
If the people we voted for don't listen to the people that this is a CRIMINAL MATTER, NOT A CIVIL MATTER, FLORIDA WILL BE BOYCOTTED, THE GOP WILL LOSE A BIG CHUNK OF THEIR BASE. That is going to happen if they don't start treating what's happened to Terri as a MAJOR CRIME.

The GOP has long staked itself on the claim that the conservative base has no where else to go on the day of the general election. So far, the GOP has won its bet here, but if a large part of the base grows demoralized, it may sit out the next elections and vote for no one.
They are pushing for tort reform in the legal system. This is a GREAT PLACE TO START. Kick the death lobby out of Florida and shut down Greer's catering service for murder franchises.

The physician who served as Terri's guardian briefly after her feeding tube was ordered to be re-inserted by the Florida Legislature, has called for an independent inquiry to determine if Terri is indeed in a vegetative state, or if there is hope for her recovery.
Jay Wolfson, a University of South Florida professor, physician, and lawyer, said, "If we were serious about addressing this, we would say, 'What are the interests of the parties and how can we use science, medicine, and good law to take away from the clouding factors in this case?'" According to an AP report, although Wolfson believes Terri is in a persistent vegetative state with no hope for recovery, he doesn't believe she should have her feeding tubes removed. He said, "Her eyes are not shut, she's breathing on her own, and she makes noises. You want so much to say, 'Terri, give me a sign!' It's not a cucumber lying in a bed."
But the Schindlers are wary of physicians like Wolfson who are eager to rule Terri as brain dead, a prerequisite for summary execution.
The Schindlers' lawyer, Barbara Weller, said, "The problem is finding truly neutral doctors."

No matter how this ends, we must see that Greer is held accountable for his crimes under US Law.

Does U.S. law apply in Pinellas Co., FL, or has George W. Greer obtained some kind of special exemption for his county?

GWB has called for this, but don't the Democrat senators filibuster to prevent a vote. The House is already on board.
Still, tort reform won't save poor Terri from the clutches of her own Hitler.
