Sounds good to me!

My pick on the winners is Pats and Falcons.

Then, Falcons take it in the SB.

WIth the weather there I'd be wearing Joe Namaths old coat, and maybe a couple of his old girlfriends too. Guess that's why I watch and don't play, football is best played in weather I'd rather never see in person.

IMO, most Conference Championships are the best part of the year. And I must take it all in on the radio. I like to think the best way to take in a game is on the radio. You get a much better feel for the progress/regress of the teams. At least that's what I'll keep telling myself.

Can't wait to hear this on the radio:

Doc: "McNabb rolling out to his left. Looking for an open man. He just slipped through one...ohhhhhhhhh nailed for a ten yard loss. That's going to put Philly at 3rd and 15 on their 40 yard line."

Then Marv Albert will explain how it was the receiver's or the offensive line's fault and how Donovan McNabb lifts school busses off old ladies and wears an S on his shirt with a matching cape.

OTOH, the Bus could be a deciding factor.

The Pats are down at least 3 defensive starters...

Who's the third? I count Seymour and Law.

The Pats didn't need Law to hold the Colts to 3. The shouldn't need him to stop Roethlisberger.

Roethlisberger usually DOES wear gloves, but supposedly had problems with the gloves last week. Was debating the glove issue all week has chosen for using them, but may take them off if they are a problem.

New England undefeated in 4 AFC Championship games.

Tom Brady undefeated in 7 Playoff games. Steelers knocked him out of the Championship game 3 years ago, but Patsys still won.

Corey Dillon set a record for Patriots rushing in 2004 but did not play against the Steelers.

Ty Law broke foot against the Steelers in October. The very next play Steelers scored a touchdown by throwing to area of Law's replacement. That will not happen again.

Steelers have a habit of choking and are only playing this week because of 2 missed field goals last week.

Steelers are not ready for prime time.

I hope that you're right about the dome team being disadvantaged. We're Eagles fans.

LOL!

I'm with you, real football should be played in god-awful conditions. That's one of the reasons I'm rooting for Philly. I figure the more important games domed teams lose, the better for football over all. Don't be sissies, get rid of the dome!

Third is CB Tyrone Poole, one of their LBs had the flu Thursday, not Bruschi or Vrabel, can't remember his name. He was probable for today, but hedging the anncouncement until closer to game day.

Gloves do not function in the moisture. That is Ben's determining factor in wearing them or not wearing them. <

He wears them when it's dry and cold!

Personally, I wish he NEVER wore them!!!

Then Marv explains how he used to wear an S on his clothes with a matching set of panties and bra...
