I never thought this Giants fan would want to see the Eagles win. I must have lost my mind.

Yup, bad start for the Falcons, excellent start for the Eagles. Not fearing Vick is the key to beating him, oh and not overpersuing him.

I think the on field announcer (the Eagles on field guy, not Fox's) told us who he was, along with introducing members of all 4 branches. Problem is nobody ever listens to on the field guys.

Thanks for the info - I was guessing that his dad had been killed in Iraq as some of the soldiers were noticeably teary. Thanks again! :-)

This game might get ugly real fast. If the Eagles punch it in and the Falcons have another 3 and out, I'm off to the gym.
To: JeffAtlanta
Remember the Eagles scored first last year.

Figured they would fake kick - good for the falcons.

We need a good name for the AFC Championship. NFC is the Chickenbowl, if the Eagles and Stillers win that'll be the Steaglebowl.

That would be cool, too. :-) My high school counselor (OK, from back in the olden days) is a HUGE Steelers fan. BTW, her husband was Steve Young's math HS teacher - they work in the same high school - and Steve recommended Mr. Lowe for some sort of Teacher of the Year award, which he won, in addition to some dollars as well.

The Eagles totally screw a 4th down trick play.
