Good play by the Jets, bad defending by the Steelers

Hey what's the deal with the Jets and 17-17 overtime games? It looks like they may be headed for another one here. I mean was Herm Edwards born on 7/17/67? Did he grow up in a house at 17 Parkside Lane? Is this guy setting up these 17-17 overtime games to increase his TV time? What's the deal here?

Hackett is mediocre but not a total idiot. Jets tearing off big chunks of field.

Haven't you heard? Indy is the greatest team in NFL history according to the national sports media. The Patriots might as well not even show up tomorrow.

go jets... I think the difference is experience in the playoffs today...

Arrived at the thread late and have more painting to do....but have to put my two cents in any way.
Hope springs eternal
Please God, don't let the Falcons choke.....(i.e. keep Vick intact and healthy). And please God, if it is not too much to ask in one prayer....seat Arthur Blank in the owner's box and NOT the sidelines.

No Hackett is an idiot but the Jets are moving the ball in spite of him.

I would hate to watch a game with you. How about talking about how interesting the game is instead of bitching about how sucky both teams are?

We need to prevent this field goal, either intercept or push them out of range. If not, we HAVE to hit the endzone next drive.
To: RightWingNilla
One thing is for sure, nobody is getting their ass kicked. Which makes YOU both the fraud and the idiot.

Time on the clock is running low. Jets have a winning hand if they don't muff it.

The Jets are in long range and pointing at the unpleasant side of the field, could miss the FG outright.

I like the Colts, but I think I'd go nuts if they win. I'm sick of hearing everyone natter on about Peyton Manning as it is.
