NYJ at PIT, Sat, 4:30 p.m. EST
STL at ATL, Sat, 8:00 p.m. EST
I hate the way this puts the Steelers' chances of going to the AFC game in jeopardy, but tie games ARE engaging and interesting!
3:00 in the half and the Jets have scored more on Pitt than the Steelers have surrendered in any of the last 4 home games. Looks like the secondary and special teams coverage are weak.
The Steelers could use at least a field goal on this drive to get some of the momentum back before the half.
I think that's the diagnosis too. Special teams are being too effective against Pittsburgh.
That was a good break by Bettis, hopefully this drive turns into a TD.
Yeah anyone who said this was going to be a blowout hasn't been paying attention.
I think so too. This drive is all about team morale. If they fail, it's gonna deflate them.
WooooHoooo!!
Bettis is getting stuffed on half the runs. Jets are going to force Ben to win it with his arm.
I still predict Pittsburgh by 10, but it could take till the end of the 4th for it to materialize. You never know.
Ben's got the ability, let's see if he steps up.
Even rooting against him it's nice to see Bettis on the field.
I haven't watched him much this year, but, something just doesn't look right with his passes today.
What brought that on? Good grief.
Major momentum shift here. The crowd is even a little bit hushed.
Looks like the Jets get a minute fifty for a final drive of the half. Ben's not getting it done yet.
Bettis is averaging 4.5 yards a carry. That's plenty, no reason to abandon the game plan that got the Steelers to the best record in AFC history.
I agree, Pitt is best off with the run. Ben is not throwing well.
Whoa!! That would have been a disaster for the Jets!
If the Jets put up 30 points, can Roethlisberger score more?
Hmmmmm...
