After landing his Boeing 747 for Bulgarian Airways, the pilot was returning to his favorite Canadian Watering hole.

I'm [hic] impressed.
A lifetime of straight-vodka-drinking will make things like this possible, but Jesus! 0.914?

Wow...it takes some practice to get to .914. That'd win some pool bets in the ER

AND it took a car to knock him down!
To: Loyalist
Sounds like they found him in a street, not sitting next to a canal with a car in it.

The highest BAL I ever witnessed was .435. If I had to make the call without a test I would have said borderline, but under the legal limit of .10 (at the time). The guy passed every field sobriety test with ease. This incident made me a believer that the legal limit can be very different, for different people.

This guy enrolled in an organ donor program.
Upon his death...he willed his liver to a sterno fuel company.

We had a painter DUI'd a few years ago that went .52. He appeared intoxicated but could walk and talk fine.

five separate lab tests taken the same day confirmed the man's blood-alcohol level of 0.914. That's a good indication that his liver has stopped working.
