Of course, because there was no profit in it for him or his Enron buddies, no warning was given. And the Republican controlled news media will never tell this story...

I think that it was caused by Halliburton and all the big oil companies sucking all that oil out of the ground, which caused a hole that was filled in by the earthquake.
