I really don't think that the US should give any MONETARY donationtions. I think that the Treasury Dept or FEMA should have an International Disaster Relief Office. When a disaster like this happens the International Red Cross can submit a list of their needs and the FEMA office transferrs the funds to that supplier.

This idea of just giving them a check or transferring 35 or 450 million dollars to thier account is BS!! I want an accounting of the money and I don't TRUST ANY of these INTERNATIONAL THIEVES!! We have been RIPPED OFF to many times. Besides what is the Interest earned on 35 MIllion Dollars over a seven day period, whatever it is, it's not CHUMP CHANGE !!
