POSSIBLE ZARQAWI TERROR SITE FEATURES DOZENS OF CHILLING VIDEOS
The Reality TV of the Radical Islamic World
A Graphic on the Mawsuat Site
The short video is chilling and only for the strong of heart.
Date stamped Jan. 9 2005 and lasting only one minute and 23 seconds, viewers see a thin, cowed tired looking man standing in front of a wall draped with a black cloth covered with Arabic lettering.
The balding man, perhaps in his late 40's, is clutching a number of foil-wrapped pills. The camera zooms in for a close shot. The man makes a short statement, perhaps a "confession."
It is uncertain how much time has passed between the man's statement and the next scene, where viewers see the individual blindfolded with what appears to be white tape. He is now handcuffed.
A gun is pointed at the side of his head. The executioner pulls the trigger and the man falls to the stone floor with blood dripping from his head.
The video, titled "Mukhadrat," then closes.
Another Graphic on the Mawsuat Site
Another horrifying video ( http://mawsuat.com/database/video/nahr/iraqnahr/masrawi.zip ) shows supporters of Iraq's most wanted man, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, executing an Egyptian driver on a street in broad daylight, accusing him of working with US-led forces.
The grisly video shows a man identified as Ibrahim Mohammed Ismail kneeling by what appeared to be a dumpster, handcuffed and blindfolded on an Iraqi street before a masked man shoots him in the head four times execution-style.
Ismail is shown earlier in the video, an Agence France Press (AFP) story reported (-Agence France Press ( http://news.inq7.net/breaking/index.php?index=3&story_id=25315 ) saying he worked for a Kuwaiti company identified as Al-Shallahi, which provides American forces with drinking water, and urging his fellow countrymen in what appeared to be a calm voice not to come to Iraq or work for the Americans.
"Despite all the warnings from the mujahedeen ... these apostates continue to help the occupier shed the blood of those who refuse to submit," AFP reported the militants, identifying themselves as members of Zarqawi's Al-Qaeda Group in the Land of Two Rivers, say in a statement after the execution.
It appears that Mawsuat may be the new site being used by al-Zarqawi after the former Internet outlet for his activities, Hosting Anime was sold, and the new owners refused to carry the same number of terrorist web sites that were hosted there before.
For example, visitors to the Hosting Anime address for one former terror site are now greeted with an announcement reading, "HostingAnime is under new management and we will not be as tolerant of questionable content as in the past. If you find (sic) objectional content on our servers, please post in our forums."
More than 40 terror videos are available for download at www.mawsuat.com/iraqnahr.html. That although the Mawsuat site carries a disclaimer that says, "We would like to inform all the media outlets, all the goverments and agencies that Mawsuat.com is not affiliated with any group or organization. The sole purpose of this project is to inform."
In addition, a link from another well known terrorist site ( http://www.ansaar.info/forum/viewtopic.php?%20t=864&sid=9c521f010837d73f67c901ff96f24cc6 ) directs browsers to another Mawsuat video link, http://mawsuat.com/database/video/nahr/iraqnahr/sandy.zip
This almost five minute video, dated Dec. 15 2004 is titled Sandy. A man is seen kneeling in front of three armed black masked. An apparent proclamation is read and then toward the end of the video the individual is seen stretched out over a rock on what appears to be a grassy, mountainous terrain. He is shot once in the top of the head and his body tumbles of the rock and falls a few feet down.
The executioners make their way down to find the man's body and shoot him three more times. The video then ends.
The Mawsuat web site was apparently created on Jan. 3 2005. Its registrant lists the name of Karim Berrada and the obviously false address of "28, sidiberezzouk st rabat 10000 United States."
The site is hosted by the Scottsdale, AZ., based Go Daddy Software (www.godaddy.com). A Go Daddy spokesman said the company has no comment while it is investigating the contents of the site.

More on stolen school bus radios>>>
Turlock is at least the third San Joaquin Valley district hit this school year by bus radio thieves, Quayle said. She had been notified that Clovis Unified School District had 70 radios stolen in September.
Still unanswered is what someone will do with 74, or 144, two-way radios that have a fairly limited range and only operate on a narrow band of frequencies

Possible answer:
"...and only operate on a narrow band of frequencies."
Possible answer #2:
Article Snippet: ""It's really anybody's guess," Speckman said. "They could either be sold for profit or used for illegal activities. If used for that purpose, the frequencies need to be changed and you need someone with the knowledge, technique and equipment to do that.""
