When prisoner's rights supercede law enforcement rights, something is horrifically wrong. The ACLU has a large handprint in this travesty.
Yep.
Many LEOs have know that for a very long time.
I agree 100%.
Anyone who has read your posts and lives near railroad track with trains that carry chemicals has due cause to be very seriously concerned about safety protocol and their family's personal safety. One of the TV news channels reported tonight that a missile or missiles projected into chemical laden railcar(s) in a large city could kill tens of thousands. I don't know about that projected number of casualties, but certainly it could be catastrophic.
Thank you, TWhiteBear. Those people need all our prayers. Will check in with the thread tomorrow. I appreciate all the support from those on this thread.

"California man had mad cow symptoms"
RIVERSIDE, Calif., Jan 06, 2005 (United Press International via COMTEX) --
Hey Skeggs - speaking of the weather, I understand you are under it. Please get well soon!
We're expecting between 4-8 inches of snow tonight, that on top of what is already on the ground. Brrrrrrrr - hot cocoa or tea with lemon next on my agenda! Goodnite all!

I shouldn't forget CA, I grew up there.. It's hard to remember there are states 3,000 miles away sometimes. :)
You live in Northern or Southern CA? I used to live up in the high desert NE of LA.
We're expecting that tomorrow on top of the 9" we got yesterday. It was a slow winter prior to this though, it's nice to have snow on the ground. :)
I spent much of last semester studying Afghanistan. I wrote a paper largely dealing with what I believe is going on there now. I should have it up in a day or too, I'll post it when it's on the web.
To be honest, I am kind of out of the loop with regards to this stuff right now...
I have noticed that there seems to be a bit of a power struggle between Zarqawi and the other bigs of AQ. I strongly believe he will be the next to take credit for a large scale attack (ala Madrid, or bigger). Though, I would not be surprised to see Iraqi elections held without much of a problem...
Thanks nw.
That sounds interesting and I will
read it.
