You know - technology is a wonderful thing. Maybe it's time for a hidden camera at one of these "events". I'm sure it would be educational for all of us.

Parents who have their kids enrolled in the public school system need to re evaluate what kind of 'education' their kids are getting. If they can't afford or don't want to enroll in private schools, independent study or home schooling are easy options.

Now, call me silly, but isn't it a bit odd when a parent can be threatened with trespass for being in a public school!?

Newton schools Superintendent Jeff Young said it is a violation of school policy to tape or photograph students without parental permission.Sure, all the kids at athletic contests, shool plays, and dances have filed parental waivers to be taped or photographed. Jeff Young is a liar in full CYA mode.

Tom Mountain, a columnist for the Newton Tab, was also barred from the assembly ``for the safety and security of the children,'' he said he was told. Hmmmmm .... What's up with all the secrecy ???
Why aren't we the public allowed to know what is being taught at PUBLIC High Schools ???
Our tax paying dollars are paying for this .. We have EVER right to know what is going on during school hours

Some "freeper" was telling me the other day about how religous people shove their beliefs down others people throats.
I guess it's ok for the left to seperate church and state but the inclusion of gay indocternation and state must be enforced.

THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON THIS HOMOSEXUAL GROUP WANTS TO STOP DISSEMINATION OF WHAT THEY DO TO CHILDREN:

The Homosexual Movement in Massachusetts Schools
On March 25, 2000 the Massachusetts Departments of Education and Health teamed up with the national gay and lesbian group GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) and conducted a conference for school children and educators. The conference was held under the guise of tolerance and safe schools. However, as the Parent's Rights Coalition discovered, this conference was about teaching children the unsafe mechanics of homosexuality. Following the conference, organizers denied claims of misconduct made by the Parent's Rights Coalition. Organizers were forced to concede the truth after the Parent's Rights Coalition made public an audio recording from the conference, which substantiated their claims. A free copy of the Parent's Rights Coalition audio tape can be obtained from the Massachusetts News web page. Alternatively, if your computer is audio capable, then you may listen to the following 10 audio clips, in order, to hear the entire contents of the free audio tape. A word of caution to parents: These audio clips contain graphic sexual language and are not appropriate for children. Note that these clips were created for the RealPlayer program. If after clicking on the audio clips below you determine that the RealPlayer program in not on your system, you may be able to obtain a free copy of RealPlayer Basic under the Real home page located here.

Disclaimer They (GLSEN, PFLAG) know what happens when parents find out. It is NOT ENOUGH to keep your kids home because the OTHER CHILDREN are indoctrinated and are a DANGER TO ALL CHILDREN.
There is no place for recreational sex demonstrations in ANY high school or below. Homosexuality is only recreational, might as well offer children crack just for fun.

I applaud her effort. Good for her. And yes if this was a school play, or another traditional school event, no one would have said a word, she would have been allowed to stay and finish taping.
The administrators don't want parents learning the TRUTH.

If it was up to me, I would have preferred the stealth approach, maybe go in with a "wire" or a tapedeck and if I could, hide a video "spy" camera on my somewhere but the bare minumum would be the tapedeck at least. I'm reminded of an ad in one of my old electronics catalogs (1955/1956) for Cameradio (local Pittsburgh outfit) that sold a spy's portable wire recorder that used a watch as a microphone and you hid the wire drive and electronics unit, complete with minature vacuum tubes, somewhere on your person. I heard stories when Nikita Khruschev toured the US in 1959, one of his KGB agents had a minature still camera behind one of his buttons in his overcoat. Now with more modern stuff, it could be much easier. Yeah, I think she should have used a more stealth approach, maybe with a hidden tape deck. Maybe planting a radio bug and tuning in the fun stuff on your FM radio from the safety of your car would be a cool idea, ala "Boys From Brazil," but is a bit overkill and I think it would be illegal. Suffice it to say, it would be cool to get some concrete data on what goes on in these meetings. Maybe the term "cold war" is correct on the two generally opposed ideologies we have here in America (traditional vs. progressive) and the world, much more correct than we realize if we use Cold War tools for intelligence gathering. Being the radio electronics geek that I am, there are times I thought of things like these. Trouble is, I'm no James Bond, can't even touch a hair on his head, I'm terminally nearsighted and clumsy anyways. I'd make a good "Q" though. B-)
Seriously, we need to knoe the trite in schools such as this and I do applaud this lady's efforts. We must never forget the public schools are tax funded and that money comes from us so we should have more of a say and oversight in these things. Most parents don't want this PC garbage.

"They took the two of us and pulled us out and gave us one minute to leave and if we came back on the property we would be arrested for trespassing," he said. Trespassing?!!! Since when the homosexual activists are the OWNERS of the local public schools?

I believe that this sort of thing will backfire on the Left.
I also believe that the gay agenda helped President G.W. Bush get re-elected.
I now believe in my heart that the ACLU, et al. trying to ban Christmas will also backfire and this country will take a giant step to the RIGHT and the churches will be more crowded soon.
Just let them keep talking ---- common sense and the RIGHT way will prevail.
