I've been generally disappointed with XM, but they are much more competent in carrying my preferred programs than the current incompetent operator at KWIK. I'm sorely tempted to make an offer for the station. I have the licenses to run it. It would be such a pay cut that it isn't worth entertaining.

Should have figured that song was somebody like Moroder. It has that cheesy 70's disco/bordering on porn music flava.

I don't remember a full three hour interview though.

I expect news at the top of the hour when I'm listening to Rush Limbaugh or Art Bell. XM runs their own home grown filler. It's a no win. Poorly run AM radio stations that play the programs I want with news (and frequent screwups) or XM provided feeds of my shows with XM filler.
I was prompted to take the dive for XM when my local station was forced to drop Michael Savage as he affiliated with a new network. Michael started going off the deep end and I frankly got too busy to care. The AM station added Glenn Beck after Rush and a local political talk show after Glenn Beck. Dr. Laura was moved to 6 PM.
The "point" of XM is to enjoy your favorite shows while driving coast to coast. I'm not doing that either. I've been too busy to install the FM modulator/power supply in my wife's Escape or the brackets in the F-150. It's not worth the effort for something I use so little.
My local country FM station is better than any of the XM feeds...except they keep running all the stupid truck and cars ads with yelling idiot announcers. "We'll pay off your loan no matter how much you owe". No kidding. And the entire balance goes on top of your next car loan. Trolling for business with ignorant buyers. It takes the fun out of good country music to mix it with CR*P like that.
Since he used a snippet as bumper music, I have had "Flamethrower" in my head for three days.
