John Kerry was a big loser before Nov 2.

On Nov. 3, Glenn Reynolds posted an entry in his blog, Instapundit, titled, "Bitter, Angry Losers." He went on to say, "No, not the Democrats, but the real losers in this election -- the Old Media, still angry that they couldn't deliver their fifteen percent."

I don't know about that. I'm not exactly sure just how much the media managed to deliver to Kerry, whether his showing was the peak end of that "15%" or if the media did indeed fail to deliver the full 15% which might have put him over the top. But I think it's safe to say that if the media hadn't been trumpeting only the bad things about the war and the economy, hadn't helped to spread the draft lie and flu vaccine "crisis," hadn't had 60%+ negative coverage of Bush in general, Kerry would have lost by more.

The importance of this 'paradigm shift' in factual news and news dissemination will make itself increasingly apparent in the next few years.

We have won a major victory over socialism here - "We the people" are back in power.

We can not rest on our laurels.

Yes, we won.

The war remains.

Yet and until the Old Media is pounded into sand, we must stay the course.

March on, Fellow Freepers.

Fight the Good Fight.

Recently MSM has reported on these "pajama-clad" bloggers.

Speaking for the record, I have never posted to Free Republic in my pajamas.

Those among us who pray will simply continue to do so.

This is minor. Until the entire media accounts for the bastardizing of America the thing is not complete.

Spielburg once referred to film as an awesome weapon. He knows how to use the weapon (against the Americans he considers enemies).

If Christian Americans wake up and begin to obey and pray they will find that their Captain of the Hosts has more weapons and more lethal to take out the canker placed by the haters.

This election was a turning point for America in so many ways. Not the least was the open exposure of the Stone-age press as a propaganda arm of the DNC. PravdABDNC is to truth what Enron is to accounting!!

Pray for W and Our Troops

"the Old Media, still angry that they couldn't deliver their fifteen percent."

"It was a bad election for old media."

What a bunch of hooey. The old media was extremely effective and they did deliver their 15%. They just weren't able to deliver 18%.

Last Tuesday, I had the privilege and honor of attending a talk by Admiral Paul Hoffman (Swift Boat Veterans for Truth). He spoke about how the MSM totally ignored and/or dismissed the SBVFT without any comment. He said if it wasn't for the web and Fox, they wouldn't have been able to get their message out, acquire donations, and make and show "commercials." He and his forces had an extreme impact on the election - without the MSM.

YOU'RE Erin Olson? Or did you make a mistake in citing the author of the article?
