Dewey Whitehead, 43, who had a post office mailing address in Buna

When I was a kid, we would go to visit my grandparents and pass through Buna. Someone there had a little house next to the highway, and they painted it white with great big polka dots all over it. Now and then they would change the color, or make them multi-colored. That house is what Buna was "famous" for. I wonder if it is still painted that way.

This reminds me of those jokes -- what do you call a guy with no arms and no legs in a (swimming pool, on the front porch, etc).

Man. What a way to go. It'll be interesting to hear the details of this story when it comes out.

Meanwhile, my first thought was of these two auto-related murders:

AP 2-7-2003
Defendant Clara Harris reacts as she
testifies about her husband's affair.

Chante Mallard

Chante Mallard (left) is accused of striking
Gregory Biggs with her car and leaving him
to die in the windshield.

Whitehead's arm somehow became trapped in the car's door, but police did not explain how this happened. The girlfriend accelerated, dragging Whitehead and severing his arm.

Woo hoo! Another item to add to my growing list of "weird things happening in Houston and Texas". I think the Houston area is the weirdness epicenter of the country, for some reason.

Another evil vehicle maiming innocent human life.

When will the humans learn not to trust these evil machines?

Dewey Whitehead

Am I the only one who laughed when they read that name?

Well, let's put in context:

Guy says "Hey HO, how much?"

Not realizing it's his girlfriend.
