In court testimony or depo sometime in 92 Michael says the opposite that it was not a success, etc. furthermore the implants with batteries (what type I do not know) were never removed.

Your 76 - there are three documents that were released under the Freedom of Information Act that evidence post 76's assertions.

I don't know what poster you are talking about but Jeb Bush is doing what he can but he is constrained because there are so many Republicans who have perpetrated the torture and abuse of Terri and her real family.

Jeb's going through the U.S. Supreme Court FIRST to avoid what would be a giant perp walk in Florida of judges who happen to be republicans, state attorneys and law enforcement, hospice officials and doctors. That is my opinion based upon hundreds of facts but it is also true. Fla AG Crist is from St. Pete. He doesn't want to step on any toes either. I campaigned side by side with Crist in 2002. I helped Jeb Bush here at free republic and sent Karen Unger intel from the McBride camp when Jeb ran for re-election.

Re: Terri, I look at the facts and these facts put a lot of Florida republicans in HOT WATER. Florida Republicans are not pro-life, not in Pinellas County for starters.

Governor Bush's Special Counsel has been made aware through numerous emails re: Greer's 2000 Order wherein he deferred to the state legislature. (How then can the opposition cry overstepping, separation of powers argument, unconstitutionality?). They cannot unless Greer rescinds his Order because Greer is now on BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE. For and against the state legislature. Judge Baird is just a little sidetrip.

Fed. Judge Richard Lazzara didn't get involved in Tampa because he knew what a mess the Pinellas judges made of Terri's guardianship case. A "pandora's box" is what Lazzara called Greer's mess.

Excellent thread from last year bump. This includes a blurb that THE CITY WHERE MEDIPLEX MEDICAL CENTER is located declared a TERRI DAY in the city. No wonder Michael had to get her out of Mediplex. They loved Terri and treated her like a human being. It's on this FR thread but haven't located exact post yet. Lots here.
