Thanks to everyone for continuing to post and share our hopes for Terri. I have been busy lately, it is harvest time on our olive farm, so I really count on coming to the Terri Daily threads where I know so many people will put all the information in one spot. Probably there are a lot of people like me who don't write a lot but we do look and keep up because of all of you generous people who take the time to post. Many thanks, hope Terri has a wonderful party. Oh yes one more thing. I read the legal document by her new lawyers and I thought it was excellent. I think it was time for a change, kudos to her previous attorney for pushing that rock up the hill, and now with some fresh enthusiasm from her new attorneys hopefully once and for all Greer will be over ruled on appeal and Michael can give up and let her parents and family take care of her.

FV RECOMMENDS please download this Timeline before it vanishes. It lacks some facts re: Terri's true condition but it is a timeline nonetheless for newbies who just arrived and are hungry for details.

Juan, Terri was in Mediplex Rehabilitation Center in Manatee County after she returned from California. I saw an article last year that the facility threw a big party for Terri because she had made major progress. It disturbs me that she used to say "help me" and even had a party with notation in the Sarasota Herald Tribune of same.

You were contacted by them? Well, that's a start unless I misunderstood your post. I think it's working that so many people are viewing Terri stories here at free republic and you are blanketing your base of which I am pleased to be a part. www.theempirejournal.com

ANOTHER TIMELINE ABOUT MONEY. FUNNY HOW AFTER THE MONEY ROLLED IN, THE REHAB STOPPED. Doesn't that sound prosecutable to you? Why didn't anyone prosecute Michael Schiavo???

1992: Aug - Terri awarded $250,000 in malpractice settlement.

Nov - Terri awarded $1.4 million in malpractice trial.

Nov - Michael Schiavo awarded $600,000 in malpractice trial.

1993: Feb - Michael Schiavo denies Terri recommended rehabilitation treatment.

FLORIDUH VOTER ASKS: WHEN DID M. SCHIAVO MEET DEBRA BUSHNELL WHO INTRODUCED HIM TO GEORGE FELOS WHO KNEW HE COULD COUNT ON JUDGE GREER?

December 1990-from St. Pete's Times, "Mrs. Schiavo... underwent surgery, performed by Dr. Yoshio Hosobuchi of the University of California at San Francisco in December, to implant a stimulator in her brain. The brain stimulator implant was a success, said her husband, Mike. Mrs. Schiavo is slowly emerging from the coma at the Mediplex Medical Center, a neurological care center in Bradenton, he said. She will undergo at least a year of speech, occupational and physical therapy."

He won the medical malpractice suit November 1992, payment arrived about Jan. 1993

FV SAYS: There USED to be a newspaper article about a special party for Terri's amazing progress at Mediplex. I can't find it now. I found some more good stuff. I'm going back to November, 2003 Thread to get it.

FROM NOVEMBER 2003 TERRI THREAD:

Check this out. Judge Greer tried to pass the buck back in 2000: "From February 2000 - Judge rejects intervention of group in Schiavo case

[SOUTH PINELLAS Edition]

St. Petersburg Times.

St. Petersburg: Feb 11, 2000. pg. 10.B

Copyright Times Publishing Co. Feb 11, 2000

(excerpt) Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer will not allow a group of doctors, lawyers and other professionals to intervene in the case of a St. Petersburg woman with brain damage whose family is divided on whether to remove her feeding tube. Professionals for Excellence in Health Care wanted the judge to allow them to argue that Terri Schiavo, 36, should be kept alive despite her husband's request to let her die.

In his order denying the motion, Greer writes that the group's arguments are philosophical and perhaps should be directed to state lawmakers.

Hmmmmmmm, isn't that Terri's Law in 2003?" END OF FR POST

FV SAYS: HOW CAN GREER in 2000 LOOK TO LAWMAKERS, OH, YES, HIS BUDDY JIM KING??? He was trying to pass the buck in 2000. If lawmakers would have helped Terri in 2000, she would not have suffered last 10-15-03 through 10-21-03 until she recovered from starvation and dehydration.

This Order puts Greer in hot water if someone can find this original article and get it to GOVERNOR BUSH, asap. THIS IS A CASE OF GREER WAVERING in a 2000 Order but then siding with the husband consistently thereafter.

I think it also proves that he doesn't care about Terri as a ward which is HIS DUTY. IMO, that's major judicial misconduct.

Judge rejects intervention of group in Schiavo case
Times staff writer

CLEARWATER -- Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer will not allow a group of doctors, lawyers and other professionals to intervene in the case of a St.

The judge is expected to rule in the Schiavo case today.

Greer must decide whether Mrs. Schiavo, who did not write a living will, would have wanted to prolong her life by artificial means. Legally, the burden is on Michael Schiavo, who initiated the trial.

Her husband, Michael, said she would not have wanted to live in what doctors described as a persistent vegetative state.

But her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, are trying to stop him, saying they still hope their daughter will improve.

"Legally, the burden is on Michael Schiavo, who initiated the trial." from the article.

FV SAYS: Why if the burden of proof was on Michael Schiavo, HE WON????? I say only because Greer was MS's insurance policy.

GREER'S SERIOUS JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT... When will the rest of the world take notice? Thanks, you found it!

See how even though the burden of proof was on Michael in 2000, he WON. He had doo-doo for evidence and Greer wouldn't let the Schindler's evidence in.

The Schindlers got screwed by Greer and then by Baird.

>>FLORIDUH VOTER ASKS: WHEN DID M. SCHIAVO MEET DEBRA BUSHNELL WHO INTRODUCED HIM TO GEORGE FELOS WHO KNEW HE COULD COUNT ON JUDGE GREER?<<

I found this.....

"Given that between Feb 1990 and May 1998 Michael never brought up any
statements of Terri's saying no feeding tube and not saying that she wanted
to be starved to death, the light now shines directly on December 14, 1995,
nearly 2 and one half years prior to Michael's *new* assertion that Terri
did not want a feeding tube.

That is the day, according to a careless mistake of two of the perpetrators
using Michael to make Terri dead, that George Felos and Debra Bushnell had a
meeting to discuss the discontinuance of the feeding tube. It was a full 16
months prior to Michael having his first conference with George Felos on
March 14, 1997. Felos is the self-proclaimed right-to-be-made-dead
attorney that was immediately hired by Michael and approved by the court two
months, to be paid with Terri's Jury awarded 1.4 million dollars
specifically for 51 years of life expectancy and for her care AND
rehabilitation. Not for an attorney hired to kill her.

So, Michael's guardianship attorney Bushnell,
meets with the expert death attorney Felos,
16 months later Michael hires Felos using Terri's money and not his own
$660,000 jury award to shack up and make babies with Jodi Centonze while
prohibiting any forms of rehabilitation,
so that he can use his wife's money to make her dead, and then yet another
14 months later,
makes the announcement that Terri said in 1986 "no feeding tube" by filing
May 11, 1998 *his* Petition to starve and dehydrate Terri --- an act,
granted by a judge, that would kill his wife, would finish her off, by
denying and withholding all forms of food, water, medicine, speech therapy,
necessary services and rehabilitation.

The light is on the calculator. The sum of the facts could appear to total
up to a Premeditated Plot and Plan to intentionally kill their clients wife.
A plan that was developed over several years. Once the permission was
sought from Judge Greer, this murder plan was enacted, and set into play.
This changed everything into a bonafide crime. Attempted Murder, 1st Degree
Felony Falsification of Advance Directives (30 years), 1st Degree Felony
Neglect with intent to cause death and Attempted Aggravated Manslaughter on
a Disabled Person -- all pursuant to the Crime Laws and Statutes of Florida.

Judge Greer in his February 11, 2000 Order, committed malpractice by
misdiagnosing Terri as being an unconscious and unaware person [lawsuit 1]
and then Ordered the Guardian of the Ward to commit a 1st Degree Felony
Crime by removing Terri's feeding tube and denying her constitutional and
legal right to be protected and not feloniously victimized by being caused
to die.

Is the light on for anyone else?

David.

There are actual documents on line that evidence what you posted. It would take the trolls some time to try and locate them. Three documents that show the conspiracy between the attorneys who cooked this up before even meeting Michael for the first time.

Email response to me re: Greer's 2000 Order

What should have happened is --->

Feed, Water and Rehabilitation using HER MONEY.

Doing otherwise is EXPRESSLY prohibited BY LAW. [period]

Discussion separately, another day and time, by our various government branches, officials, lawyers, doctors, judges, and through PUBLIC FORUMS to get the people's ring about the lack of, the need for more protections of Life, or the repeal and discharge of any confusing, conflicting, contraindicating laws, procedures or rules that crashed into each other as a result of the submitted Petition to Deny Nutrition and Hydration, Rehabilitation and LIFE from a disabled person --- all Life Felony Crimes. [s825,s744,s415]

They all need[ed] to figure this stuff out on the side, for the future.

Not WHILE causing further injury to the Ward in there trusted care and seeking her manufactured death. Help her over here. And go play with your laws over there. Far apart, away from her.

FOOLS that need to all go to jail for their despicable malicious careless reckless and premeditated acts to attempt to cause death of a Federally Protected (ADA) Disabled person, a Florida Criminal Law protected disabled adult and a DCF- Adult Protective Services statutory law protected from abuse, mneglect and exploitation "vulnerable adult in need of protective services" from ALL who are acting to make her dead and to cause further and permanent injuries by acts and omissions that deny CIVIL RIGHTS and Statute Mandated Retained Rights by intention to CAUSE DEATH.

FV SAYS: There is a new DCF CHIEF who is a woman. I clipped out the article and can't recall her name off the top of my head. Maybe SHE, MS. DCF will be open to our email correspondence to her. If need be, we can give her a spin around the block. The former DCF Chief was just a figurehead.

Special Report
In Service to Inhumanity
By George Neumayr
Published 12/3/2004 12:07:57 AM
http://www.spectator.org/dsp_article.asp?art_id=7463

What is the difference between aborting a baby and euthanizing it? Nothing except the timing of the killing. In the Netherlands, a country that never hesitates to unfold the logic of liberalism to its farthest points, doctors have devised a program to euthanize babies deemed defective. They euthanized four babies last year, according to press reports earlier in the week. Now they are calling upon the Dutch government to pursue a more ambitious program that would let doctors euthanize undesirables with "no free will," meaning minors.

C.S. Lewis wrote that evil is done "in clean, carpeted, warmed and well-lighted offices, by quiet men with white collars and cut fingernails and smooth-shaven cheeks who do not need to raise their voices." Lewis could have added that they don't even need to raise their voices when they go on public radio to explain their evil. On Wednesday, National Public Radio politely interviewed one of the Dutch doctors overseeing the euthanasia-for-children program, Eduard Verhagen, clinical director of the Pediatric Clinic of the University Hospital at Groningen. This white-coated doctor with neatly trimmed fingernails didn't need to raise his voice when asked by NPR quite casually, "How was it decided that they should die?" The children had medical conditions like "spina bifida," responded Verhagen. The babies were born "with incurable conditions," so "we felt that in these children the most humane course of action would be to allow the child to die, and even actively assist them in their death."

Assist them in their death. Had the toddlers scrawled out a consent form? No, they lack "free will," so pediatricians made the decision for them. Asked if what his hospital had done was legal, Verhagen blithely said, "No, it's not legal," but implied the Dutch government would tidy up that decision later. "It's a very delicate and very important decision that one needs to make," he said. "And if such a decision is made, we prefer to have it tested or assessed by a committee of experts, just to make sure that we have taken into account all the requirements and that we are really doing something that is correct."

Would parents be able to veto the decision on which children get to live or die according to the committee? Apparently not. When Verhagen was asked, "Is it just up to the parents?" he said, "No." But he quickly caught himself and magnanimously allowed that parents are "always very much involved." Ultimately, however, who lives or dies is the culture's decision, he said. "Let's see how society thinks of it," he offered. "What we would like to happen here in Holland is that we put the spotlight on such decisions because they need to be extremely secure. And instead of taking these decisions in a kind of gray area, we want them to be in the spotlight…The culture in Holland is a culture where euthanasia for adults has been legalized in 2002 by the Parliament."

Verhagen concluded on the thought that "the best way to protect life is to sometimes assist a little bit in death." This contradicted what he had said earlier when he stressed that "we are actually talking about children that are already in a dying process." No, they were not dying. If they were dying, they would have died without euthanasia. It is precisely because they were not dying that the Dutch doctors euthanized them.

Euthanasia isn't letting a patient die but killing a patient who isn't dying. It is an act of annoyance at a patient who isn't dying on the timetable those who want the patient to die would prefer. In the Terri Schiavo case, for example, her impatient husband demanded that she be deprived of food and water because she wasn't dying with sufficient speed. "Has she died yet?" a nurse heard him say. "When is that bitch going to die?" Euthanasia, it was said, would allow Schiavo to "die in peace." Die in peace? No, it would guarantee that she die violently. Starvation is not a peaceful act.

In clean, well-lighted hospitals, Verhagen and doctors like him are committing barbaric acts no different from pagans of old leaving inconvenient children on hilltops. Whenever a doctor uses the word "humane," it is clear that he has already performed the inhuman.
