First of all, I would like to say that I like FOX News and watch it very often.
However, has it occured to any other conservatives that FOX should be doing more news on it's local affiliates? My local station here in Sacramento only has an hour of news a day. Maybe FOX should try to get it's stations to do more local news. One of the reasons I don't watch more of FOX is I need some local news once in a while. FOX doesn't provide that, at least in my market.
I think that they should also put FOX and friends on the network, tape delay for the west coast. It sounds like a good show, but I have only watched it once because it starts at 4AM.
Comments?
KDFW in Dallas is Fox Owned and Operated. They do something like 7-8 hours of live local news every weekday.
Because Fox is relatively new and conservative, their network and station ad rates are less than their competitors. This is changing, gradually, and in time will allow for more and better news programming.
Fox in Oklahoma City is one of the main reasons we got stuck with our Democrat governor. One of their liberal anchorman (Speeno?), pissed off the Republican candidate so badly that he cussed him out during a taped interview. Largent actually used the phrase "Bull s***!" to describe the line of questioning, a phrase that apparently none of my fellow Oklahomans had ever heard before. The interviewer's question was along the lines of "Why were you bird hunting in Idaho on 9-11?" Apparently, Largent had played hooky from the hill that day to do some hunting. I agree that he should be at work, but I don't know too many people that haven't taken a day off for a fishing trip or hunting trip in Oklahoma.
That one interview is why I stopped watching local Fox news. The local CBS affiliate is actually more conservative than local Fox. How bizarre is that?
Oh yeah.

That sounds like KOKH/KOCB, Fox 25, which is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting. You might want to write telling of your views. The CEO would probably be the best one to address.

I get all my news online.
I too wish we had Fox and Friends on tape delay. They repeat all of the other shows later, but not that one.
As for local news, doesn't you regular Fox channel have it? Ours does.
It does, but only an hour at 10PM.
Yeah sure, OK that.... And they could get rid of Colmbes, Gretta and Geraldo while they're at it.
