I loved Tasha!
She was a pretty, Red Dobie girl...
She was very protective but very sweet with the family...
My little niece used to sit on her, and hold onto her ears like motorcycle handlebars...
That dog loved that kid....
I babysat my SIL's neurotic Beagle..
God what a an idiot dog..all kinds of allergies..
Would faint (or scream) if you showed her nail clippers...
Had separation issues..she'd howl if you left her alone..
No beagles for me!
Ms.B

Thanks, mylife!

Sounds a lot like The Seldom Scene. Nice guitar, mandolin and banjo work.

Also a fan of P.J. O'Rourke.

A Full Moon tonight, Fawn. It's been glowing here all night long. Clear skies. High ceiling. Few stars.

Being a Cancer, I won't be sleeping well tonight.

Jack.

PS: How about a big WOOHOO for Kathy for finding some special musical cuts tonight?

when you go to bluegrassbox.com look for "BGB radio" click...then look for "streaming radio" toward the bottom of the page....you can always listen without downloading.

A PRAYER OF PROTECTION

The light of God surround you
The love of God enfold you
The power of God protect you
The presence of God watch over you
Wherever you are,God is,
And all is well.
Amen.

Bless This House

Bless this house O Lord we pray;
Make it safe by night and day;
Bless these walls so firm and stout,
Keeping want and trouble out:
Bless the roof and chimneys tall,
Let thy peace lie over all;
Bless this door, that it may prove
ever open to joy and love.

Bless these windows shining bright,
Letting in God's heav'nly light;
Bless the hearth a'blazing there,
with smoke ascending like a prayer;
Bless the folk who dwell within,
keep them pure and free from sin;
Bless us all that we may be
Fit O Lord to dwell with thee;
Bless us all that one day we
May dwell O Lord with thee.

The Seldom Scene's "Live At The Cellar Door" CD is probably their best complation of cuts, mylife.

Great dobro, bass, guitar, madolin and banjo pickin'!

Jack.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jerry Douglas play Dobro with Allison Krause in my birthplace, Jerry was born there as well.

Allison "gave" Jerry a 20 min set to rip ass for the homeys.

It was awesome ;^)

Hi, Star:

Saved "Rock This Town" by The Stray Cats (Big Brian Setzer fan!) The opening reminds me of Queen's "Carzy Little Thing Called Love".

Outstanding collection of tunes, MoJo!

Jack.

Oooh!! I have a song I'll have to load up when I'll be at home for a while -- unless Ms. Feather still has it... Have you ever heard Setzer's "This Old House"?
