MALMO? Is that an Internet abbreviation I haven't heard of?

It's candy. Malmo Cups.
Specifically, marshmalmow chocolate covered candy.

Not sure about Sweden. But France is 9% muslim... and at current birth and immigration rates, France will be more than 50% muslim by 2025.
Another interesting stat is that Europe has the highest conversion rate to Islam in the world outside muslim nations. It's starting to get out of hand.

It's going to be a problem. If you go to Paris, you find the city and the tourist attractions are all nice and pretty. But then travel to the outskirts of the city and you find these muslim ghettos. Crime and poverty is getting out of hand there. The Europeans are letting these people come in but they are not letting them merge with their culture.

This is actually one of the reasons the French are rejecting US foreign policy. The French are scared to death of the muslims in their population. They think they might start to riot or rise up to challange the government. The French are also becoming increasingly anti-semetic. That's why the last presidential election in France was Chirac against Le Pen. Le Pen is someone who admired Hitler and thought the muslims needed to be deported. So that gives you an idea what how radical the opposition in France is beginning to become. And Le Pen beat out the socialist candidate in the primary election.

Obviously you can tell this is going to be a serious problem for Europe over the next 30 years. This is how they create their Hitler's and Milosevic's. Europe is a continent of blood. They have never gotten along and like Thomas Jefferson said, "They (Europe) are nations of eternal war..."

Swedish authorities in the southern city of Malmo have been busy with a sudden influx of Muslim immigrants — 90 percent of whom are unemployed and many who are angry and taking it out on the country that took them in.

A Fragment of a Modern Parable

A ship making way in the middle of the ocean alters course in order to rescue a large number of weak and struggling people who are clinging to a slowly sinking raft. As the ship resumes its course, the survivors are given water, food, fresh clothing and a place to bed down on the deck. For a brief time, while the survivors are recovering their strength, they regularly express their thanks and indebtedness to the crew and the officers of the ship.

Soon, though, the survivors begin to get angry. They resent the fact that they are living on the deck of the ship while the crew and the officers of the ship have staterooms. They resent the fact that they have no control over the destination of the ship (the ship is heading in a direction that the survivors do not wish to go). They resent the fact that they are not themselves in charge of the ship, deciding where it goes and who is allowed to travel on it.

Because the survivors are outnumbered by the crew and the officers of the ship, they cannot easily take the ship over. And so they resolve to pretend to cooperate with the crew and the officers while they formulate plans for killing the ship's officers and overpowering its crew. This pretense is quite convincing at first, and the crew and the officers of the ship are taken in by it.

But as the survivors grow stronger and more numerous (it was a long voyage, you see), their patience begins to evaporate. And so it comes to pass that one morning some of the survivors act, translating their hatred and their resentment into the language of human slaughter. What they do chills the hearts of even the most well-meaning among the crew and the officers of the ship.

The account of the savagery unleashed by the raft survivors on the crew and the officers of the ship that saved their lives begins with a vicious...

What will it take for the Swedes to wake up to what is going on? And, what benefit does Sweden derive from the liberal immigration policy? It is not like the United States, a country that is immigrant-based. These countries in Europe are on a downhill slide and will soon lose their very identity.

From your link:

7.0% France
3.9% Sweden
3.4% Germany
3.4% Belgium
2.7% Britain
2.0% Netherlands
2.0% Denmark
1.6% Norway
1.4% Italy
1.1% Spain

The figure I've seen elsewhere for the Netherlands is 6%.

Why would a country continue to import people who are unemployable or for whom there are not jobs? Just importing someone else's problem, IMHO.

You look at the US lately?

but in 40 years, they will be Swedish society. The old society will be gone - replaced by Muslim hordes who will have totally changed the face of this present society

One man, one vote! Think about it. The Muslim immigrants are much more fertile so their children who are Swedish citizens will make up larger part proportion of the voting age population in 18 years than the current population of immigrant adults even if immigration stopped next week.

You said:

"The Europeans are letting these people come in but they are not letting them merge with their culture."

I think the Muslims do not want to merge with European culture. They like having enclaves, headscarves, fatwas, female genital mutilation, and death penalty for converting away from Islam. Those things don't merge very well.

Did they look like this?

Hopefully there is a little of the Viking mentality left in the Swedes and are able to reclaim their country.
