Just read this on a Clinton/Jennings thread, from a Freeper: "Back in August of 1988, a new voice came on the radio, the lovable little fuzzball - el Rushbo. Prior to then, I avoided politics and editorials, because I thought I was alone in my views. I voted conservatively and privately. Then Rush gave a voice to conservative thought."
And it made me think of something I've been meaning to post for a while...
"Post Election Selection Trauma. It is the term for what the crybabies on the Left are feeling after the election. It is unprecedented in just how far the Left have gone. It is going to fill the coffers of shrinks for years (if all goes well, we will have P.E.S.T. in the Left for the next 100 years)."
Here's what's going on in my town (suburban Pittsburgh, where Kerry won by 15 votes, in my town, out of about 3000). Kerry supporters are NOT removing their bumper stickers! Suburban refuseniks! I've been told, They're just not ready to "give in." Of course, most of these defiant bumper stickers are slapped onto vehicles costing $40K or more, but what did you expect.
I've taken to going up to their cars, if they're parked, and they're there with the car, and looking puzzled, and then saying, Wasn't the election...? Then I say, Oh, yeah, that's right, it's over.
Buahahaha! I love that! I'll have to use it on the next Kerry bumpesticker owner I see.
Ping and a bump to the top for El Rushbo. Be sure to read posts #1 and #2. They're gonna make you smile.
