By now we have all probably seen the Pat Oliphant Cartoon from today featuring the President and Dr. Rice. I think its disgusting, and I told UPS about it. You should too.

Memory serves you wrong. Lott praised Strom Thurmond on his 100 birthday and said he wished he had become president when he ran. Because Thurmond ran on a segregationist ticket, this was extrapolated to be a racist remark.
FYI, the only KKK member in congress that I know of is democrat Senator Robert Byrd.

No, YOU missed the ball and the point. The 3 examples you gave (Spain, Great Britain, pre-Commie Russia) are/were all Christian nations.
My examples of N. Korea, China, and Iran are still valid examples of societies where negotiations with a woman will be difficult, due to the ass-backwards nature of those societies. Good luck trying to convince me that a backwater Muslim leader will take Condi Rice seriously. (I know it's not Rice's fault, but reality doesn't assign blame here)
Also, 2 of your examples (Catherine, Queen Elizabeth) aren't even alive and Thatcher is no longer in power. "Current Events" are referred that way for a reason.

Actually, it was YOU who said that Lott lost his job (along with Limbaugh). I only said he had unfortunate and overblown associations with Klan-like groups. I already gave you one source for that and referred you to a search that produced 9000 hits. Do the research yourself. I can't come over there and click links for you.
