This week I've heard/read more racist, sexist comments about Condi Rice than I've ever heard about a human being before.
Please post those comments/cartoons here so we have a single source.
I will write letters to the editor and call to those organizations who have been involved in these disgraceful activities.
What am I missing with the "Brown sugar" comment?
In the first three panels, Bush is implied to be the left talker and Condi the right one. In the final panel, "Brown Sugar" is spoken by the person on the right, which would be Condi. If used by Bush, it would be sexist and racist. If used by Condi, I don't know what it means.
Let's see...I can be a racist and it's ok as long as I'm a left wing liberal...got it.
I think that the aluminum tube cartoon was Ted Ralls, but don't quote me.

Granted, it's not required that a PhD be addressed as "Doctor" in the academic environment, but that would seem to be more because the place is overrun with PhD's.
The point in this issue is rather that Ms. Dr. Condoleeza is entitled to her credentials, and her authority is enhanced globally by her having earned the PhD, from Stanford no less. (Could this be a reason her degree is being ignored?) I have heard endless references to "DOCTOR Henry Kissinger; in fact, I rarely hear him being addressed as "Mister".
A further point involves the left's childish and mean-spirited refusal to address the president of the United States as anything but "Bush", while Bill Clinton is infernally addressed and referred to as "President Clinton". Yes, a former president is entitled to that. But first and foremost, so is the sitting president.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but academia has lost so much of the public's respect that most people are really not interested in its pronouncements on protocol. Their motives are suspect and their conduct of late has besmirched a formerly revered segment of our American life.
There is one thing in life I would not want to be; besides a white liberal.
And that's a black conservative.
Can you imagine being labeled an uncle Tom just for working hard...
I really look up to Sowell, Williams, Connerly, et al.
I've heard people post about him, but had never seen or heard him until I accidentally came up on one of those cable shows where they video a radio show. He was wearing some goofy looking cowboy hat and sat hunched in his chair. I stopped and watched for a couple of minutes because he looked like some psych patients I've seen. I listened to him for a couple of minutes, & said, okay, and moved on. I don't know what he sounds like on the radio, but on television he looked and sounded like an over-sedated mhmr patient.
As though the Clinton female appointees like Madeline Albright and Janet Reno were such great beauties. For that matter, Imus, himself, is about as ugly as...well, as an old white guy who spent most of his life abusing his body with alchohol, drugs, and who knows what else.
BTW, while we're talking about ugly Leftists, has anyone seen Robert Redford lately? He used to be a stunningly good-looking man. But, like the "Picture of Dorian Gray," he's aged into a truly ugly individual.

They are implying that she doesn't understand enough about nuclear weapons (that use aluminum tubes) to be able to effectively negotiate and work to remove them from rogue countries. In other word, they imply that she is to stupid to be Sec. of State.

Only people like "Ricky" Holbrook call her "Condi" without having a personal closeness with her, like Bush does.
When "Ricky" Holbrook and other say it... it's meant as utter condescension.

Most of these cartoons and vile comments are based solely on emotions and feelings.
They are not intelligent enough to battle in a way that does not make them look like fools.
So the one cartoonist comes up with the "clever" play on feeding the tubes to relate to GWTW and the "scandal" that they cooked up over them. And an excuse to show his ignorance, bigotry and racism with the dialect and porch, bare feet etc.
The good thing is it shows their exact attitude towards Blacks...As stupid and uninformed; just the way they want to keep them.
Bush with his appointments based on whom ever can do the job best and some of them not being White just puts their burkas in a wad.
Condi has a Ph.D., speaks four languages, plays professional-level piano, was provost of Stanford University AND knows more about football than you and me put together.
None of this means anything to the DUmmies, however. Bien-pensant intentions mean more than deminstrated accomplishment to the liberal morons. Their ideal Sec. of State is a socialist career diplomat who has not had his outdated ideological beliefs challenged since he graduated from Yale and disappeared into the bowels of Foggy Bottom.
