Same here. It portrays Bush in baby-speak and Rice as a sycophantic parrot as best I can tell. Thoroughly repugnant, but I have no idea where the racist claim comes from, unless someone is errantly reading the baby-speak as black-speak; that's a stretch since there's really no resemblance, but it's the only thing I can figure.

She's not "really" black because she's repudiated the politics of victimization, embraced merit-based achievement, and paid insufficient respect to the wisdom of marxism, you see. As far as they're concerned, she's "white" now. Being a liberal means you get to not only define others by race, you get to define race, period.

I managed to get the number for the guy that did the cartoon showing Dr. Rice in the rocking chair with the aluminum cans (that info is lurking on some old thread somewhere). It was well worth the 10-minute talking to him directly to let him know how awful and racist I thought his cartoon was.

The left and it's paternalistc condescension which is the essence of it's dogma that only whites can bring up or fix the black raced has always been apparent to me as racist....and wrong, anyhow cause it hasn't and won't work.

Although I'm listening to Rush at the moment...and he is describing a cartoon...that IF it was caricaturing Je$$e Jack$on...the NAACP and all the network's would be screaming to high heaven..!!

Let's see: big lips and the classic "Uncle Tom" response to the master, "Okay Chief! Anything you say chief." I believe the cartoonist tried very hard to hide the racism by making Condi a parrot. The lips could be explained as a beak. Condi's responses which border on "Yes suh, master suh!" are cleverly disguised as that of a parrot.
We could be misinterpreting it, but the oversized lips kind of seal the deal for me.
I agree, I don't see anything overtly racist...
