Same here. It portrays Bush in baby-speak and Rice as a sycophantic parrot as best I can tell. Thoroughly repugnant, but I have no idea where the racist claim comes from, unless someone is errantly reading the baby-speak as black-speak; that's a stretch since there's really no resemblance, but it's the only thing I can figure.

IF republicans would play rough, they'd savage the dems as racist against Condi and use that to turn off black voters to the dems, and rightfully so. But that's an IF that won't be happening. So racism is tolerated.
I agree MissMan, it's not "racist" (Oh, how sick I am of hearing that hruled about!) but it is so utterly disgusting and dehumanizing that I stated that Oilypant should take his tar bucket, brushes and used wallpaper and move to Paris.

Actually the more racist cartoon is by Danziger at the NY Times. Condoleeza Rice is holding an aluminum tube used for nuclear reactors and saying "I knows nothing about aluminum tubes." This pays homage to the black slave in Gone with the Wind. NYT has pulled cartoon but if you google right you can find it.
