TO: the young Marine in Falluja who is taking heat from so-called "Human Rights" supporters

Every day, we are grateful to you and your comrades in arms for what you are doing for our country, and every day we pray for your safe return.
We know what is going on in Falluja. Animals are murdering human rights workers, beheading innocent civilians, and killing their own people. We know how these animals fight without wearing uniforms and how they booby trap bodies.
We don't yet know your name, but we know you had just been shot and have lost friends. We know the adversity and hell you have been facing every day over there.
You can take the following to the bank. We at FreeRepublic will never allow any of our servicemen to be persecuted by the politically correct who don't appreciate what you do. If necessary, we will take to the streets and raise hell in your defense. If we have to show up by the thousands to defend you, we will do it.

As I recall from Laura Ingraham this morning, this Marine had taken a round to the face that same day, and his buddy had been killed rolling a devil feigning death only the day before.
I don't know if it is right, but the Fallujah operation has by all accounts been brutal, and none of us, especially Qaty Khouriq, knows what these Marines have endured on our behalf.

The only reason that this cretin was taken out in the first place, was because our troops had been receiving hostile fire from the Mosque that was housing him and his scuzzy Sunni brethren.
If they had wanted to live, they wouldn't have stayed behind with all of the other ambitious "martyrs", who-to the best of my knowledge-were the only folks who wanted to stick around Fallajuh for the past couple of weeks.

Even with the language barrier, all the devil had to do was wiggle his hands to signify surrender, or if he was truly badly injured, merely wiggled one hand or even moaned. Anything to indicate that he was alive and helpless.
