I'm a Libertarian and Michael Badnarik is a prize idiot.
To: dinok
Let them recount. Bush will probably pick up more votes.

Ditto.
Does a nation at war really need this? Good grief, I hate the Left and the phony libertarians who are really just organized to cost the GOP votes.

This recount is being pushed hard on du. Who do you think paid for this? It sure wasn't libertarians or greenies. IT was the leftist DemocRATs who are using the 3rd party candidates (playing them like a cheap deck of cards) as a front.

How much does it cost to pay for a recount in Wisconsin? Seriously. 150k is barely more than double the last fundraising round-up here, which was accomplished in record time. We're not going to lose Ohio, so why not have some fun along the way?

The sad thing about the recount is that they intend to count the "spoiled" ballots, i.e. the punch card ballots that have under and overvotes.
So I guess we'll be seeing a bunch more google-eyed election officials trying to use all their psychic powers to divine who the person voted for.

Amen.
All things considered, this is pretty cheap as far as PR for the Libertarians are concerned.
Anyone who sees their involvement as anything OTHER than a PR stunt need to check their reality meter.

It was either Turley or Alter who said that this is what would happen, and it wouldn't affect the current outcome.

These people are making me more disgusted by the day! I am so sick of these Dims. Let them recount and recount for the rest of their pathetic lives. They are looking more foolish every day and their party is doomed and sinking into oblivion!

...who knows, Bush may have won PA too, if ALL the VOTES are COUNTED! Correction:
Bush may have won PA too is all the fraudulent votes are tossed.

Well when the voters of Ohio find out they have to foot the 1.5 million dollar bill, I don't think they'll be more inclined to vote for Democrats, Greens, or Libertarians.
A red state will get redder (is that even a word, LOL)!

Badnarik and Cobb said they aren't trying to overturn President Bush's 136,000-vote victory in Ohio, but just want to ensure that all votes were counted properly in the face of concerns about Election Day irregularities.
Bullcrap! That is exactly what they are trying to do.
If you dig deep enough you will uncover a soros.

Wouldn't it be fun if during the recount, a widespread conspiracy by the Democrats is discovered, and the margin for Bush gets even wider? As the one set of libs discover the other set of libs had been systematically stealing votes, they are thrown into a confrontation that may only be described as like tying the tails of two kittens together with a string, and dropping them over a clothesline. At first the kittens are confused, then they begin to push with their hind legs against each other. The adrenalin kicks in at the continued frustration, and they turn on each other. If not interrupted at this point, they will tear each other to pieces.

I think theyre recounting to find ANY discrepancy's thereby saying ,see this president is illegitimate. Just like they said in 2000.These people are full of hatred and bitterness of the kind I havent seen before. GOD help them!
