Depends on the spread between the winner and the candidate (and it must be the candidate up here; Joe Average voter can't do it) -

• $0 if the spread is under 0.5%
• $5 per ward if it is between 0.5% and 2.0%
  
• The full estimated cost of a recount if it is greater than 2.0%

President Bush (or another candidate) would need to hustle, though. The request needs to be in by 5 pm tomorrow.
