US MARINE EXECUTES SHOT MAN
The Sunday Mirror (UK) ^ | Nov 14 2004 | Paul Gilfeather, Political Editor

Posted on 11/14/2004 6:29:14 PM PST by Buckeye Battle Cry

A US marine has sparked world-wide revulsion after being seen shooting an injured and helpless Iraqi.

The sickening scene was broadcast by Channel 4 News after a fire-fight in the rebel stronghold of Fallujah.

The trigger-happy soldier had been asked to get nearer to the injured man.

But instead of trying to capture him, the marine is seen leaning over a wall and cold-bloodedly shooting him.

He then turns to his colleagues and says: "He's gone". Coalition chiefs were last night under pressure to investigate the incident

Here is video footage of some Democrats "welcoming home" troops from Iraq. Have a barf bag handy.

I'm looking at the video in post 101. To me it definately sounds like he's saying "he's gone, not "he's done". Either way, there's no video of the insurgent actually being shot. The marine simply points his gone in a seemingly general forward direction, fires a shot, then climbs down like there wasn't anything there of interest.

So we have one less terrorist in the world. And the problem is what?

Anybody who thinks they can do a better job than this Marine is more than welcome to sign up. In fact, I'll be glad to personally take them myself down to the Marine Corps recruiter's office tomorrow morning. First thing.

Until any of these morons have walked in the boots of a Marine in combat. I don't want to hear one GD word out of the BBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS or any friggin' body else.

Any questions?
I didn't think so!

Semper Fi,
Kelly

PS And BTW, yea, I clipped quite a few commies in combat before they had a chance to do me.
And I haven't lost not one nights sleep over it in the last 30 friggin' years either!!!

Exactly. Remember the picture of the very good South Vietnamese general executing the Cong terrorist who had just killed so many innocents. At the General's funeral here a few years ago the photographer, who had long since apologized for the way the photo was used by our press to help the communists, came and gave a big wreath of flowers and spoke of the general's capability and bravery. Let us not let it happen again.
