I was right he was guilty but wrong on my prediction that he would be found not guilty.

At this moment, I suspect it would be difficult to drive an ice pick up Scott's ass with an 8 pound ballpene hammer.

lol

Reminds me of a freeper (from Texas I believe) who said to me before the election that his bunghole was so tight from nerves that you couldn't pull out a cotter pin with a John Deere tractor.

What?

The only one in need of tranquilizers appears to be you since you have taken a completely unwarranted tone.

That post was totally uncalled for.

An innocent man who had a pregnant wife missing would be shouting at the top of his lungs,

"I didn't do it, give me a lie detector test, search the house NOW, and when you're done, I'm going to find the evil SOB who took her if it takes me all my life. And they better not harm one hair on her head. I want my wife and child back. How could they do this? My heart is breaking in two."

He never even went there...ever.

Exactly. On Court TV they said pretty much what you said. You can dismiss jurors for cause. I saw Judge N on Fox briefly. Seemed he was arguing that Scott is not guilty?

On Court TV Catherine Crier was outraged at the boat stunt and that didn't bother to show up and stand with his client for the verdict. Lisa and someone else went through a long list of why Geragos is NOT a good lawyer.

I just hope I won't be seeing Geragos and that birdbrain Justin Falkauner on TV any more.

...and if I recall, he made the police get a search warrant for their home after he reported her missing.

And I mean if you assume he was the killer, then why did he tell the police that he was at the Berkeley Marina where the body was allegedly dumped

IIRC he changed his story a couple of times about where he was that day that she disappeared. He told some people golfing, some people fishing. He finally settled on fishing rather than golfing. IMO that is because he could produce a marina receipt and no green fee receipt.

I thought I heard him predict that verdict the other day and thought I must have been hearing things. Evidently not. How strange.

Will he be given an appeals bond? With this jury business, an appeal will be certain if he can afford it.

Some speculated also that Scott feared he might have been seen.

To Post 1,245:

I worked at TRW when that happened. The movie was really good about that insane idiot. Thank the Lord that you weren't hurt. Where were you when it happened?

I thought I heard him predict that verdict the other day and thought I must have been hearing things. Evidently not. How strange.

I've heard him predict a 2nd degree guilty verdict and then said it will be overturned on appeal because he didn't think the 2nd degree option should have even been given to the jury. He kept saying that there was no evidence to support a 2nd degree option. The day I watched him discussing this he said he couldn't imagine that they would find 1st degree and would settle on 2nd degree. (guess he was wrong, huh?)

Yes, I heard that too in some of the broadcasts. Heard it again today on some of the recap after the verdict.
