And here's the best part: Sharon Rocha can go and sit in Laci's baby room now any time she wants to; she now owns it.

She owns the house now??

I agree with you about Kerrys personality disorder. I found no genuine emotion with the guy. Perhaps the day he had to concede the election I thought I heard his voice break a little. And I know lawyers are trained not to show emotion. But there was something definitly off about Kerry. I even heard his team of advisors had to ''train'' him how to smile, cause he didnt know how. Weird!

.

Legal Analyst on KCAL Channel 9 New-Los Angeles has just stated that he expects that SCOTT PETERSON is now looking at DEATH.

This is because he is now a convicted BABY-KILLER..!!!

You bet she does; Scott cannot profit from a crime; she's Laci's closet living relative.

She owns it ALL now.

I don't think anything can beat the posts/per minute of the Presidential debates---I couldn't keep up --- I would skip 150 posts at a time just to try to stay with the crowd.

I had mostly small hearings; dramatics don't go over so well with magistrates, and, there's not much call for flamboyancy in corporate transactional work. : )

I have escaped to academe, which gives me a fair amount of free time to watch CourtTV during the day.

Oh, anybody can appeal.

But winning is a different story. Even if it's error, the appellate court can still find harmless error.

I can't speak to the niceties of California law. But unauthorized experiments with trial exhibits don't necessarily mandate reversal in my home state.

allowing an appeal and overturning are 2 different things. the boat incident was harmless error b/c it was not in the water at the time of the "experiment."

Thank God. Now we can get on to more important matters, like endless coverage of the Blake trial.

Does that mean I won't have to hear about this crap anymore? Oh, wait, no, it means the media will pick up some other meaningless local case and make it a big deal somehow.

If all the evidence was circumstantial, the prosecution had nothing. And they found him guilty on that and that alone. Just for a moment put yourself in his shoes. Isn't he supposed to be innocent until proven guilty? He was tried and convicted before he was arrested. They had a change of venue. Do you think those people didn't read the paper or watch the news? There was no such thing as a fair trial in this case. I'm just saying they didn't have strong enough evidence for a capital crime case.

I was looking for Geragos' record. I know it's somewhere in FindLaw but I don't have a login. I'd like to see the numbers on that turkey.

That stunt with the boat was truly abominable.

I think Scott planned to do this Christmas eve, the time of year when the dock would be deserted. I don't think he tossed her from the boat. I think he dropped her in the water from the dock and towed the body out to sea.

He is truly a monster!

.

You are CORRECT.

CLINTON, JACKSON, PETERSON Attorney MARK GERAGOS must be:

DISBARRED
INDICTED
SUED

Obviously,you chose your nic well.

Many cases, with circumstantial evidence have been and are prosecuted, with guilty findings being returned. This shouldn't scare you are at all.
