(CNSNews.com) - It is "conceivable" that Sen. John F. Kerry would run again for president in 2008, his brother Cameron told the Boston Globe on Monday. Other tidbits: Kerry may form a new political action committee to boost Democrats' fortunes in 2008; and he plans to be a "voice for the 55 million people who voted for him," Cameron Kerry told the newspaper. Kerry has been lying low since conceding the election to President Bush last week. The Boston Globe said he's back in Washington, but staying out of public view.
Good grief! He forgot to be a voice for his supporters for the last 30-35 years, so he's going to try it now. The guy is delusional. In his own universe he has a chance to win the next presidential election. Hillary will squash him like a bug. However, it might be interesting to see them jockeying for position these next few years.
It is a myth that there is one magical candidate out there that all democrats are going to love. No matter who was picked a large portion of democrats would be looking over their shoulder for someone better. I even think Bill Clintons appeal is exaggerated by the media. It is the media that feel charmed by him. They project their feelings on to rank and file democrats.
Mmmmh Hmmmh, right! Which supporters, on which positions? He's taken them all...
"Come to Butthead"
John Kerry is history. Too many bad memories for his liberal friends.....he's toast as far as being able to hold any elected national office. The dems want to move on...just as they did after Al Gore lost in 2000. They'll find another loonytune to run for president....Hillary, Howard Dean, Barak Obama, Al Sharpton etc.
DU has alot of conspiracy nuts and irrational people in general. How could anyone with any decent understanding of politics think that Dean would have gotten more votes than Kerry? I think even alot of them have given up on that idea. People who are worried about terrorism are not going to want the former governor of Vermont to keep them safe. Also, height really does matter in influencing how people view you. Kerry's record is actually more liberal than Deans which adds to the irony of the far left who beat up on Kerry in favor of Dean.
Did you know that Kerry served in Vietnam?
Yeah, a "voice" that keeps repeating over and over, "Bush stole the election, and I am really not a wimpy liberal."
