The Odyessy Ends For Vietnam Vets

The Odyssey Ends For Vietnam Vets

They’re finally home and they kicked ass. Never defeated in a major battle in Vietnam, American Vietnam Vets finally came home this past Tuesday, November 2, 2004.

Led by John O’Neill and the Swift Boat Vets, America’s Vietnam Vets came home and threw the usurpers, the imposters and their leader out of the palace of our Republic and reclaimed their rightful place as our true heroes and leaders.

Their fellow citizens heard the truth of their words cloaked and ravaged for more than thirty years by the self-serving lies and slanders of pretend heroes.

Their intrepid spirit has been honored by the votes of millions of Americans who never forgot them and never wanted to believe the calumnies and lies of the usurpers.

On this coming Inauguration Day, the parade is not just for the re-election of our current commander-in-chief; it is the welcome home parade for our Vietnam Veterans, even the chastened Lt John Kerry.

God Bless the Swift Boat Vets, the POWs, the MIAs and all our Vietnam Vets.

A belated thank you from a grateful nation.

The rest of y'all do what you want.

As for me, this ain't over until I see that SOB exposed in front of the nation as the traitor he is.

Then and only then will these wounds heal.

And yes, I know I am bitter.

Could Bush have won without them? I have my doubts.

Sometime in the next while I would like to see John O'Neill at the White House.

JoeSixPack1 did that dance.

I went to bed that night a little upset, but I knew that GW had a large mandate and the electoral votes even if the MSM failed to tell us.

When news of Kerry's concession came, I did a dance in my house on my back deck.

My brother was a Vietnam Vet who served 2 tours of duty there. He retired with 28 years of military service. He died in 2000 and was buried on election day. Louisiana doesn't have early voting so he never got a chance to vote for President Bush whom admired greatly. Kind of makes me feel like he is smiling down on us now. ((Vets))

You know, 'sfunny - I haven't heard a peep from the MSM regarding just this very issue. They're wondering why the turnout was so big and why that big turnout didn't favor the Dems, as it usually does. And whatever it could have been that energized the Republican core so...

They didn't have a clue then and they don't have a clue now. To understand it would be to have to look in a 30-year-old mirror. We'll take our triumph quietly, but we'll take it. Long time comin'...

I am the daughter of a Vietnam War hero. And although I wasn't there to see him come back and wasn't there to see the damage this country did...it was silently spoken over the years.

What happen in this election was righteous retribution to the war heroes of liberty past and hope for the future.

God bless the Swift Boat leaders, God bless the Vietnam Veterans and oh, I'm crying again......Daddy Welcome Home.

Don't expect the conceited gasbags in the mainstream news media to acknowledge the role the Swifties played in determining the victor in this presidential election.

So far, the only concession these cretins have made to John O'Neill et. al., is to lament the fact that they didn't start lying about their proud service record even sooner and with more ferocity.

These losers don't even realize what's hit them.

It seems like Bernie Goldberg's former colleagues have learned absolutely nothing in the past four years.

What a shame.

I saw this thread and smiled. Welcome home. Thank you all for your service. You did good. I honor the many heroes among you who sacrificed much for their country.

A grateful nation is proud of you. That pride and gratitude has been reaffirmed in our vote. Character does count and we value the character you demonstrated in your service.

God Bless the Swift Boat Vets, the POWs, the MIAs and all our Vietnam Vets.

Thanks to Kerry for having the hubris to run for President.
I learned a LOT about Vietnam that was unclear (as I was a youngster then).

It's obvious that Kerry the altar-boy forgot the last phrase of Numbers 32:23.

Beautiful tribute!

The Swift Vets and POWs for Truth exposed Kerry's lies and slander and his absolute unfitness to be the Commander In Chief.

Kerry's defeat vindicates all Vietnam veterans, living and dead.

God bless the Swift Vets and POWs for Truth and every Vietnam veteran.

Thank you for your service to our country and welcome home.

The Swift Boaters are the finest of American patriots, because they fought for their country twice, and they won their second (and more important) war. Thank God for the Swift Boaters.

I believe that Kerry's military records will eventually be brought out into the light of day. He will be exposed for his true nature. Too many folks want that info, and I think too many people know the truth. Truth always finds the light. As the scripture says, "be sure your sin will find you out."
